Jennifer Hernandez

Jennifer Hernandez is an experienced Pastry Chef, currently self-employed since 2020 and also working with Mazzone Hospitality, LLC since September 2012, crafting seasonal scratch-made desserts for Global Foundries. In addition to this role, Jennifer contributes as a Pastry Chef in Research and Development for Old World Productions and at Yono's Restaurant, with a prior position at The Bread Basket focused on creating Danish pastries and various yeasted breads. Jennifer's career also includes experience as a Customer Service Representative with WellPoint and a managerial role at Bedlam Corners Store.
