Ishtyler Etienne has a diverse work experience in the field of information security and technology. Starting in 2019, they worked as a Technical Support/Help Desk Analyst at NexGen Agency, providing technical assistance to users. Ishtyler then joined McKinsey & Company as a Service Desk Analyst in 2020, where they provided support for IT-related issues. In 2021, Ishtyler worked as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician at XOJET Aviation, where they provided hardware, software, and network support. Ishtyler also performed cybersecurity functions and helped defend against phishing attacks. In 2022, Ishtyler joined Orange Theory Fitness Brampton as a Software Support Specialist II. Ishtyler'sresponsibilities included providing software support to the organization. Ishtyler then moved on to Potential Church, where they worked as a Security Vulnerability Management Analyst, conducting risk assessments and vulnerability assessments using NIST guidelines.
