Ross Huartt has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ross is the founder and chairman of EcoClaim, a company that provides training, software, and carbon exchange solutions to the insurance and construction industries, with a focus on promoting sustainability and environmental standards. Prior to this, they served as the president and chief executive officer of MBC Group. Ross also worked as the executive vice president and chief operating officer of MBC Group from 2018 to 2020. Before joining MBC Group, Ross Huartt was the director at Bourret Appraisal & Consulting, where they were responsible for project management, dispute resolutions, cost estimates, and valuation assessments, among other duties. Ross also gained experience as a building/cost consultant at SPECS: Specialized Property Evaluation Control Services Limited and as a quantity surveyor at 360 Construction Consultants, Barratt Developments plc, and Taylor Woodrow Construction. Throughout their career, Ross Huartt has demonstrated their expertise in cost management, construction estimation, and commercial management.

Ross Huartt MRICS, PQS, GSC, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Quantity Surveying from Northumbria University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended King's School Tynemouth from 2000 to 2006. In addition to their education, Ross has obtained several certifications, including Engineering and Land Surveying from RICS in May 2021, Gold Seal from the Canadian Construction Association - Association canadienne de la construction in February 2016, Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) from CIQS in February 2015, Fire Restoration Technician from IICRC in October 2014, and Water Restoration Technician from IICRC in April 2014.
