Sharon Egerton

Sharon Egerton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory and risk management within the banking sector. Currently serving as a Senior Assurance, Regulatory and Risk Manager for Credit Cards at Lloyds Banking Group since March 2019, Sharon has also held significant roles at MBNA, including Senior PPI Operations Complaint Head and Senior Complaints Operations Manager. At MBNA, responsibilities encompassed managing PPI operations, leading complaint management teams, and ensuring compliance with FCA requirements while overseeing a workforce of approximately 400. Previously, at Bank of America, Sharon held various managerial positions focusing on compliance, contact center operations, and customer assistance, demonstrating strong leadership and risk management skills throughout a career that has spanned over two decades. Sharon holds a BSc in Geography and Sport Science from Liverpool Hope University.
