Brandy Jackson has extensive experience in business development and leadership roles. Brandy began their career at Mercedes-Benz USA in 2014, where they excelled as a Business Development Specialist and later became the Director of Business Development. Brandy achieved remarkable sales results through strategic hiring, training, and the implementation of innovative in-store processes.

In 2020, Brandy joined GetFeedback, Inc. as a Business Development Team Lead, where they successfully pursued new business opportunities and managed lead qualification and outbound prospecting strategies. Brandy showcased adaptability and strategic skills during the GetFeedback acquisition by SurveyMonkey, which led their to join SurveyMonkey as a Business Development Manager in 2021. As the manager, Brandy led a high-performing team, implemented training sessions to enhance performance and communication, and executed targeted sales strategies to surpass quarterly financial targets.

Brandy's most recent role is as a Senior Director of Business Development at Mercedes-Benz USA, where they orchestrate a team of Business Development Representatives. Brandy provides strategic guidance, coaching, and mentorship to empower the team in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
