Milena Mednikov

Milena Mednikov has a diverse work experience across various companies. Milena began their career as a Business and Legal Affairs Intern at BOAT ROCKER MEDIA in 2012. Milena then joined Deloitte in 2013 as a Business Analyst in Management Consulting for a few months before moving on to a similar role with the same company from 2014 to 2016.

In 2017, Milena joined McCain Foods as a Manager in Corporate Strategy, where they stayed until 2020. Milena then became a Senior Manager in Commercial Analytics until 2021, when they were promoted to Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO. Currently, Milena holds the position of Head of Global Sustainable Products at McCain Foods starting in 2024.

Overall, Milena has gained expertise in business analysis, management consulting, corporate strategy, and now focuses on sustainable products in their leadership role at McCain Foods.
