Swati Jain

Swati Jain has a diverse and extensive work experience in various marketing and leadership roles. Swati currently serves as the Marketing Director at McCain Foods, where they have been responsible for overseeing the marketing and retail sales strategies. Prior to McCain Foods, they worked as the Marketing Director at Avon for four years, during which they also served as the Managing Director (Interim) for a period of one year. Before that, they held positions at Danone, where they worked as the Director of Marketing & Manifesto Alimentation and later as the Head of Marketing & Direct Sales. Swati also served as the Business Head for Long Shelf Life Range & National Key Accounts at Danone. Earlier in their career, Swati worked at Yum! restaurants Inc, where they held the position of Head of Innovations, Media, and Insights. Swati started their career at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Ltd, where they gained six years of experience as a Marketing Manager, specializing in P&L management, brand development, and new product development.

Swati Jain attended Delhi University from 1993 to 1996. Swati then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource at SIBM, Pune from 1997 to 1999.
