Anna Shattles

Anna Shattles joined McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC in 2012 and has been in the mortgage industry since 2009. As MRLP’s Director of Compliance, Mrs. Shattles ensures the company and all employees are in compliance with legislative, client, and firm rules & regulations. Mrs. Shattles collaborates with each department to provide clients with information about the firm’s practices, licensure, policies, and standards. To ensure legislature and client requirements are met, Mrs. Shattles conducts client audits, internal reviews, and training. She provides leadership to her team under General Counsel, Susan Reid, with the major objective that the firm’s clients receive exemplary service.
