Tiffany Poole Richardson

Tiffany Poole Richardson has a diverse background in people and culture management. Tiffany is currently working as the Vice President of People & Culture at McCann New York since November 2023. Prior to this role, they served as an Advisory Board Member at ChangeEngine starting from September 2023.

Before joining ChangeEngine, Tiffany held positions at various organizations. From November 2021 to June 2023, they were the Director of People and Culture at Bravely where they built the talent acquisition process and added 45 team members, resulting in a diverse representation. Tiffany also worked as the Senior Manager of People and Culture at Bravely from February 2021 to November 2021, making their the first People hire for the company.

Tiffany's experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion includes their role as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at The Wing from July 2019 to July 2020. Tiffany developed the Diversity Dashboard and advised on strategic steps to improve diversity.

In their earlier career, they worked at Relay Graduate School of Education in various talent-related roles. Tiffany served as the Senior Manager of Talent from July 2018 to July 2019, Manager of Talent from July 2016 to June 2018, and Senior Coordinator of Talent Acquisition from August 2014 to June 2016. Tiffany played a key role in promoting diversity, implementing bias training, and facilitating recruitment processes.

Tiffany's work experience also includes roles at iMentor, University of Pennsylvania, Breakthrough Collaborative, and Children's Defense Fund. These roles involved mentoring, coordinating college access and readiness services, teaching, and leading cultural and educational projects.

Tiffany Poole Richardson studied Communications & Rhetorical Studies at Syracuse University. Tiffany also obtained a certification in Foundation & Framework of College Access and Success Counseling from Goddard Riverside Community Center in 2012.
