Agnieszka Pyzik

Agnieszka Pyzik has a diverse work experience in finance and planning roles. Agnieszka began their career in 2002 with Tesco Polska as the Head of Finance for Investments and Planning. From there, they held various roles within Tesco PLC, including Head of Capital Investment and Planning, Head of Financial Control Processes Transformation in Tesco China, Head of Commercial Finance in Tesco Japan, and Head of Finance for Retailing Services. Agnieszka also served as the Head of Finance for the NutriCentre and Head of Finance for the International Tesco.com Grocery Online, where they led the financial strategy and implementation of the e-commerce model in Europe and Asia. Pyzik's work experience also includes roles as the Head of Finance for THE OPUN GROUP LIMITED, BHS.com, Eurostar, and Ocado Retail Ltd. Currently, they serve as the Head of Business Partnering, Financial Planning & Analysis at McColl's Retail Group.
