Andy Schafer

Andy Schafer has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Andy started their career at City Year as a Civic Engagement Service Leader from 2008 to 2010. Andy then worked at CEB as an Associate in the Finance Practice and later as a Specialist in Sales and Marketing from 2015 to 2016. At Gartner, Andy held the positions of Business Operations Analyst and Global Training Program Manager in Sales Technology from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they are working at McDermott Will & Emery as an Associate Director of Business Development, where they previously held the roles of Senior Business Development Manager and BD Technology & Operations Program Manager. In their current role, Andy focuses on driving growth and loyalty using their CRM system, along with heading the firm's Event Commercialization and Targeting efforts and the Client Concierge team.

Andy Schafer has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Affairs and Political Science, with a minor in Middle Eastern Studies, from the University of New Hampshire.
