Lance Pendley is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Employee Benefits at McGriff since January 2007, Lance specializes in advocating for clients and representing their interests across a diverse range of insurance products and services. Prior to this role, Lance worked as a Sales Representative for Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., where responsibilities included coordinating administration services for companies transitioning to self-funded insurance models. Earlier in the career at Benefit Partners, Inc., Lance focused on new business production and providing tailored insurance solutions for small and mid-sized employers. Lance holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, earned between 1996 and 2001.
