Rosanna Koppelmann

Rosanna Koppelmann, Ph.D has a diverse range of work experience in diversity and inclusion, corporate learning and development, leadership and business management programs, marketing, and account management. Rosanna is currently serving as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at McGuireWoods LLP. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Consultant, where they partnered with organizations to deliver training and development programs, provided consulting on human capital strategy, and developed micro-learning content. Rosanna has also worked at William & Mary, where they held various roles such as Executive Director of the Center for Corporate Education, Flex MBA Director, and Director of Marketing and Program Management. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as an Assistant Director at AT&T and an Account Executive at BP. Throughout their career, Rosanna has demonstrated expertise in delivering impactful learning and development solutions, building client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives.

Rosanna Koppelmann, Ph.D has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree from William & Mary in the School of Education, Organizational Studies. Rosanna also holds a Master's degree in Management, Public Administration from the University of Alaska Anchorage College of Business and Public Policy and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Additionally, they have studied Fine arts - music at Virginia Tech.
