Michelle Dotti is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Benefits Manager at MCIC Vermont, LLC since January 2022. Prior to this role, Michelle spent nearly thirteen years as the Human Resources Manager at Ladas & Parry LLP from March 2009 to January 2022, and worked as a Benefits Manager at Morgan & Finnegan LLP from August 2006 to January 2009. Michelle’s career in Human Resources began as a Human Resources Representative at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. from August 2000 to July 2005. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from The New School and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from the University of Scranton.
