Ashley Roan Dixon has over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and talent acquisition and retention. Ashley Roan currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Retention at McKibbon Hospitality. Prior to this role, they held the position of Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at McKibbon Hospitality, overseeing the sales and marketing efforts for 24 hotels in the Southeast.
