Bruce Robinson has an extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Bruce started their career in 2000 at Bigtime Restaurant Group, where they worked as a Bar Manager and later became the General Manager. In 2001, they joined Big Time Restaurant as a General Manager, overseeing front-of-house operations. From 2004 to 2008, Bruce worked at Solu, a signature 5-star restaurant inside the Starwood Resort at Singer Island, as the Director of Outlets and General Manager. Bruce then moved to Starwood Resort at Singer as the Food and Beverage Director from 2004 to 2008. Bruce also held positions at The Seagate Hotel/The Atlantic and Seagate Hotel and Spa as the Food and Beverage Manager and Director, respectively. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Marriott Resorts and Hotels as the Director of Food Beverage. Bruce Robinson attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1989, they studied at Madison Area Technical College, although the degree name and field of study are unspecified. Additionally, Bruce attended the University Of for an unspecified period, earning another BS degree in Business Management.
