Jess Hayden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and procurement within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operational Excellence at McKibbon Hospitality since June 2017, Jess previously held the position of Director of Procurement. Prior experience includes a role as Regional Field Support and Customer Relations Manager at Avendra LLC from August 2006 to June 2017, and positions at Cargill as Sales Manager for Animal Nutrition and at Smithfield Foods as a Technical Services Food Technologist. Jess holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology, along with Chemistry, from Virginia Tech, earned between 1998 and 2002.
