Keanna Whisenhunt

KeAnna Whisenhunt has a diverse work experience, starting in 2016 as an Event Coordinator for the Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi Student Foundation Association. KeAnna then worked as a Marketing & Communication Intern at Ed Cantu Insurance in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Public Relations Intern at ANDERSON GROUP PUBLIC RELATIONS, LTD, where they researched and pitched clients for events and media interviews. KeAnna also contributed as a writer for the Island Waves Newspaper and served as a Learning Community Mentor at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. In 2018, KeAnna took up the role of an Account Coordinator at Endicott PR, where they developed marketing materials and maintained communication databases. KeAnna also worked as an Information Security Contractor at Hilltop Securities Inc. in the same year, creating wealth management accounts and assisting with client services. From 2019 to 2021, KeAnna worked as an Executive Coordinator at Deloitte, where they acted as a trusted business advisor and managed calendars and client deliverables for multiple partners. In 2021, they became an Account Coordinator at Carmichael Lynch Relate, facilitating influencer marketing campaigns and drafting internal communications and media coverage reports. Currently, KeAnna is an Influencer Marketing Associate at McKinney, starting in 2023.

KeAnna Whisenhunt completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi from 2014 to 2018. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication at The University of Alabama from 2021 to 2023. In addition to their academic achievements, KeAnna has obtained several certifications, including Asana Project Management from Great Learning in May 2023, Google Analytics for Beginners from Google in April 2022, and the PR Council Agency-Ready Certificate from PR Council in August 2021.
