Lauren Murray

Lauren Murray's work experience includes being the Award Show Manager at McKinney since March 2023. Lauren is also the Founder of the Lauren Alyssa Group, where they recruited and worked with over 30 artists to provide specialized sales programs, sold to over 400 boutiques and stores, created and designed a website for marketing and sales, conducted research for viable leads and markets, advised on sales program customization, served as a liaison between store buyers and designers, and planned trade show booths. Prior to that, they worked as the Associate Director, Advertising Awards at New York Festivals from November 2019 to March 2023. Lauren was also the Sales Director at bunglo, where they devised a sales program for a home décor start-up, researched and targeted potential customers, increased the wholesale client base, developed relationships with wholesale accounts, created a marketing plan, gained press coverage, and coordinated with the shipping department. Lauren also has experience as a Writing Intern at NetLZ Consulting, LLC from January 2013 to September 2014, and as a Community Assistant at Capstone On Campus Management from June 2012 to January 2014.

Lauren Murray earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature and History from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.
