Aliza Dzik

Aliza Dzik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design and consulting. Currently a Partner at McKinsey & Company, Aliza has previously held roles as Associate Partner and Design Director/Engagement Manager within McKinsey Design. Aliza also served as Managing Partner at MTWTF and as a Freelance Designer for Johnson & Johnson. In academia, Aliza contributes as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Academically, Aliza holds a Master of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Yale School of Art and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Yale University.
