Steve Varley

Steve Varley is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in estimation and operations management. Currently serving as Chief Estimator at McMillan Electric since October 2022, Varley previously held the position of Chief Estimator and Group Executive at Tennyson Electric Inc., where Steve led the new Vertical Electrical Construction Division. Other notable roles include Chief Estimator at Wilhite Electric, Director of Operations at PDE Total Energy Solutions, and Vice President of Construction at Brayer Electric Company. Varley's career also includes significant experience as a Lead Estimator with Teichert Construction and as a Senior Lead Estimator at Cupertino Electric, Inc. Varley holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the College of San Mateo.
