Drew Steffen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Drew is currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Real Estate at McNair Interests since 2018. Prior to this, they held several roles at Hines, starting as an Architect in 2008 and eventually rising to the position of Managing Director and Head of Dallas-Fort Worth Commercial Real Estate, where they were responsible for overseeing all commercial projects in the area. Drew also worked at Target as a Real Estate Development Manager in 2007. Additionally, Drew has architectural experience working as a Designer at Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and HAS Architects/HAS Mimarlik. Drew'snotable projects include the Aria Hotel and resort complex in Las Vegas.

Drew Steffen has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Yale School of Management. Drew also holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) degree with a focus on Architecture and Master Planning from Yale University - Yale School of Architecture. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from Iowa State University, where they graduated as the Salutatorian and minored in Spanish. In terms of certifications, Drew obtained a license as an Architect in Texas from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) in 2014 and became a LEED Accredited Professional from the United States Green Building Council in 2009.
