Gwendolyn Auman

Gwendolyn Auman, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Gwendolyn is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at McNair Interests since February 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at CIRCON Environmental from August 2020 to January 2022.

In 2019, Gwendolyn worked as the Area Human Resources Manager at Republic Services, where they successfully integrated Sprint Industrial Holdings employees into the company after an acquisition.

From February 2008 to July 2019, Gwendolyn held the position of Vice President of Human Resources & Safety at Sprint Industrial Holdings, LLC. In this role, they oversaw all human resources and safety functions for the company, including recruitment, employee engagement, benefits, compensation, policy implementation, performance management, compliance, and training.

Gwendolyn Auman, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Leadership at the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business from 2011 to 2013. Prior to obtaining their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Houston. Gwendolyn also holds additional certifications, including SPHR-SCP from the SHRM Certification institution, obtained in April 2019, and SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in December 2018.
