Gretchen Easton

Gretchen Easton has a varied and extensive work experience. Gretchen began their career at Visteon Corporation, where they held multiple roles including Learning & Development Manager and Labor Relations Representative. Gretchen then moved to MillerCoors, where they worked as a Learning & Development & HR Generalist and later became the Manufacturing Learning & Development Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Group Director Human Resources at McWane, Inc. and is responsible for implementing human resource strategies and company goals globally for a $2B company. In 2023, they will assume the role of Vice President Human Resources, Operations and Talent Management at McWane, Inc.

Gretchen Easton holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix. Gretchen also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication & Media Studies from Indiana University Bloomington. In addition, Gretchen has obtained certifications including the SHRM California Law HR Speciality from SHRM in August 2019, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from North Carolina State University in 2014.
