Or Minhar has extensive experience in quality assurance and verification, currently serving as a V&V Manager at MeMed Dx since January 2020. Prior to this role, Or held positions as a QA Manager at Matrix from September 2015 to January 2020 and as an Automation Test Engineer at Intel Corporation between February 2013 and September 2015. Or also contributed as a QA Team Leader at Philips Healthcare from August 2010 to February 2013, where responsibilities included managing a team of 13 testers and overseeing full-scale verification cycles. Or began the career as a QA Tester, focused on test design and automation. Or holds a degree from the Open University of Israel, completed between 2011 and 2015, and completed high school education from 2003 to 2006.
