Amy Ferrel has extensive experience in social media management and PR. Amy currently works as the Director of Social Media and PR at Me & My Big Ideas, LLC, where they manage social media strategy, PR, and influencer integration. Amy develops and maintains an editorial calendar, collaborates with cross-functional departments, and communicates community sentiment. Prior to their current role, Amy was a Senior Social Media Manager at NuFACE, where they managed all organic and boosted social media channels, developed content calendars, and executed social media campaigns. Before that, they were the Senior Social Media Manager at Arctic Fox Hair Color, where they developed and managed a social media marketing team, influencer outreach, and product launch campaigns. Amy also has experience at Jenny Craig, where they worked as a Social Media Engagement Expert and led influencer programs and content creation. Amy started their career as an Assistant Social Media Manager at Markwins Beauty Brands Global, where they received awards, managed all social media platforms, and collaborated with various departments. Amy's work experience also includes a role as a Public Relations Intern at MPRM Communications.

Amy Ferrel has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Amy also holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Citrus College. Prior to their higher education, Amy attended South Hills High School.
