Meghan Lyons

Meghan Lyons, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Meghan is currently the Director of Operations at Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute, where they oversee day-to-day operations. Prior to this, they held the position of Assistant Director of Grants and Contracts at the same organization. Meghan also founded and currently serves as the President & CEO of Lyons Management Group, LLC, which they established in 2020.

Meghan gained valuable experience at Harris County, where they worked as a Grant Manager/Special Assistant for Finance for the Harris County Judge's Office from 2016 to 2019. Before that, Meghan worked as a Program Budget Manager at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Meghan also had roles in project coordination and grants management at the Texas Department of State Health Services.

Earlier in their career, Meghan served as a Grant and Contracts Manager at the Railroad Commission of Texas and worked as a Sales Representative at Quest Software. Overall, their experience demonstrates a combination of leadership, financial management, and project coordination skills across multiple sectors.

Meghan Lyons holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Concordia University Texas. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, General from The Ohio State University. In addition, Meghan obtained a Project Management Certification from The University of Texas at Austin in 2014.
