Ashley Canright

Ashley Canright has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ashley started their career in 2018 as a Brand Ambassador at Phoodie, a marketing agency, and continued working in similar roles at Therapy Notebooks, Productions Plus – The Talent Shop, Green House Agency, Inc, Havas Street, and LOVE CORN. In 2021, they were a Field Marketing Specialist at Wheelhouse Innovations. Ashley also gained experience in the academic field, serving as a College of Liberal Arts & Social Sciences Senator at the University of Houston Student Government Association from 2022 to 2023. Ashley currently holds positions as a Research Assistant and Lead Research Assistant/Lab Coordinator at the University of Houston Social Processes Lab. Additionally, Ashley has been involved in brand ambassadorship and leadership roles at meati™ as a Brand Ambassador and Brand Ambassador Team Lead Manager.

Ashley Canright completed an Associate of Sciences (AS) degree in Associate of Science from Houston Community College from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston, expected to be completed between 2021 and 2025. In August 2022, they obtained certifications in Information Privacy and Security (IPS), Conflict of Interest in Research, Social and Behavioral Responsible Conduct of Research, and Social-Behavioral-Educational Researchers from the CITI Program.
