Dr. Marnice Emerson has over 20 years of experience in learning and development. Marnice held roles such as Director of Learning and Development at Mechanics Bank and Rabobank, where they led teams in designing and implementing development solutions. Additionally, they worked as an Instructor/Instructional Designer at Sierra College, focusing on online course conversion and technology integration. At California State University, Sacramento, they served as an Instructional Designer.

Marnice Emerson, Ph.D. holds a Bachelor of Science in Business: Finance from California State University-Sacramento, a Master of Science in Education, and a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Online Learning from Capella University.
