Russ Miller

Russ Miller is an accomplished financial services professional with extensive experience in management and coaching. Currently serving as Branch Manager at Mechanics Bank since May 2020, Russ leads staff and implements strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. As Director of Coaching for Girls Teams at Roadrunner United FC since June 2017, Russ is responsible for establishing coaching criteria and a conduct code. Previously, Russ held various leadership positions at Chase from 2002 to 2017, including Vice President roles in financial center management and retail lending. Earlier experience includes serving as Territory Manager at The Garland Company, Inc. Russ holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management from California State University, Bakersfield, and an Associate of Arts in Accounting from Southwestern College.
