Account Relationship Manager at Mecho

Prince Ibezim has a diverse work experience in customer service-related roles. Starting in 2019, they worked as a Customer Service Associate at Logical Moderator Solutions, where they focused on developing customer service initiatives to decrease wait times and improve customer satisfaction. In 2020, they were promoted to Customer Service Support Manager, where they introduced higher standards for customer service and increased efficiency by streamlining operations. Prince also developed unique discount options to drive interest in new product lines and resolved client requests. In 2021, Prince joined Mecho Autotech as an Account Relationship Manager, where they monitored issues and provided immediate resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction. Prince worked with both Tech and Business departments to deliver personalized solutions to customers and generated new business through financial advisors and branch teams. Later in 2021, they became a Product Design Intern at Garden Academy, where they suggested enhancements to product design, brainstormed with the design team, and documented the design processes for use in manuals.

Prince Ibezim began their education journey in 2013 at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi. Prince pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree, specializing in Computer Software Engineering. This educational pursuit lasted until 2017. In 2021, Prince attended Garden Academy where they focused on Industrial and Product Design, earning a degree in Product Design in 2022.
