Kimberly Jones

Kimberly Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partner success and corporate affairs across multiple prominent organizations. Currently serving as Partner Success for the Americas at Medallia since May 2021, Kimberly is responsible for driving the growth, enablement, and satisfaction of software service partners in North and Latin America. Prior to this, Kimberly held the role of Partner Enablement Manager at Liferay, where initiatives were designed to enhance the global channel's capabilities. Kimberly's tenure at Cisco, spanning over sixteen years, included senior management roles focused on corporate affairs and the Networking Academy program, emphasizing process improvements and organizational culture. Earlier career experiences include project management at Silicon Graphics Inc. and teaching at Franklin-McKinley School District. Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, a CLAD Teaching Credential, an Online Teaching Certificate, and a Project Management Certificate.
