Melissa Arronte

Melissa Arronte currently serves as VP and Executive Advisor at Medallia, where responsibilities include attracting and retaining key customers through thought leadership and executive advisory services, while also coaching employees on enhancing Employee Experience. Previously, Melissa held senior positions at Citizens Bank, focusing on customer insights and people analytics, and at Liberty Mutual Insurance, leading teams in HR analytics and workforce analysis. Early career roles included managing compensation at Takeda and Bristol-Myers Squibb, and leading compensation survey analysis at WTW. Melissa holds a BS degree from Cornell University and a Ph.D. in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
