Jessica Sharp

Head of Client Solutions at Medallion

Jessica Sharp is currently the Head of Client Solutions at Medallion. Jessica has over eight years of experience in marketing, research, and client solutions.

Sharp began their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at UC Irvine. Jessica then became a Research Associate ll at UCLA Health, where they co-led operations and recruitment for two National Institute of Health research projects. While at UCLA Health, Sharp also assisted in the early development of a technology-based tool for behavioral health interventions and outcomes.

In 2016, Sharp transitioned to the Transcend Recovery Community, where they served as Marketing Strategist for two years. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the organization’s programs and services.

Most recently, Sharp was the Director, Client Solutions at AbleTo Inc. In this role, they oversaw a team of account managers and was responsible for successfully executing all aspects of the client lifecycle.

Sharp has a proven track record of success in marketing, research, and client solutions. Jessica is a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. sharp is a strong leader with a proven ability to build and motivate teams.

Jessica Sharp has a degree in public health policy from UC Irvine. Jessica is currently working as a health policy analyst for a think tank.

They work with Kirsten Huneycutt - Head of Customer Success, Melody Wilson - Head of Licensing, and Armaan Sarkar - VP, Engineering, Product & Design. Their manager is Derek Lo, CEO.
