Erica Torrence

Erica Torrence currently serves as an Insurance Follow Up specialist at MedCycle Management, LLC since August 2023, bringing valuable experience from previous roles including Account Representative at North American Credit Services, Inc. from September 2020 to September 2023, and Assistant Medical Billing Insurance Specialist at Chattanooga Eye Institute from February 2020 to April 2020. Prior to these positions, Erica worked at HealthSouth from January 2012 to November 2016 as an RNT and Unit Secretary.
