Elena Bethmann

Elena Bethmann has a range of work experience across various industries and roles. Elena started their career at USC STUDENT MEDIA as an Account Executive, where they built strong relationships with advertisers. Elena then worked at Za's as a Server for three years. After that, Elena joined ServiceSource as an Inside Sales Rep, managing over 400 accounts and closing over $14 million in service renewals. Elena then moved to OpenTable, first as a Restaurant Development - Inside Sales representative, helping clients increase revenue and efficiencies, and later as a Global Sales Operations Manager. At SpotOn, Elena served as the Director of Revenue Operations, where they built the foundation for the Sales and Revenue Operations function and focused on building structure and adaptability within the organization. Currently, Elena is the Director of Marketplace Recruiting Operations at Medely.

Elena Bethmann received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Human Resources from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business. In 2007, they also studied International Marketing and Italian at Florence University of the Arts. Additionally, they obtained a certification titled "How to Be More Inclusive" from LinkedIn in 2021.
