Liz Culver

Liz Culver has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Liz started their career as an HR Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters in 2005 and worked there until 2008. Liz then joined Electronic Arts (EA) in 2008 and held various roles, including Senior Lead Recruiter and Acting Talent Acquisition Manager. Liz joined The Talent Crossing Ltd in 2017 as a Talent Attraction Partner, focusing on candidate sourcing and engagement. In 2020, they joined Media Molecule as a Senior Recruiter and later became the Lead Recruiter. Throughout their career, Liz has demonstrated expertise in building relationships with top HR talent and driving constant improvement in talent acquisition programs and processes.

Liz Culver attended the University of Surrey from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a 1st degree in Criminology and Psychology. Additionally, in June 2016, they obtained a certification in Influencing Others from Lynda.com.
