Natalie Wild MCIPD has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Natalie currently serves as the Director of HR and TA at Media Molecule since July 2020. Prior to that, Natalie founded Wild HR in 2016, where they work as an HR Consultant. Natalie also possesses extensive experience at Electronic Arts, where they served as an HR Manager from November 2006 to November 2016. Before joining Electronic Arts, Natalie worked at Ashurst as an HR/Recruitment professional for a brief period in 2006.
