Jeff Buenrostro

Jeff Buenrostro has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jeff is currently the Global SVP, People Operations at Media.Monks, a role they started in October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President Operations at Media.Monks from January 2021 to September 2022. Jeff has also held positions as a Board Member at the KANA SAMURAI FOUNDATION, Wayfynder, Inside Circle, Cultivate the Karass, and Boys to Men Mentoring Network. Jeff co-founded Metric Theory and served as the Founder, COO, and CPO until December 2020, when the company was acquired by S4 Capital/Media Monks. Jeff has also worked as an Instructor at Stanford Continuing Studies, teaching interpersonal dynamics at work. In addition, they have served on the Board of Directors at NatureBridge and worked as the Director of Business Development and Founder/Managing Director at Meltwater Group.

Jeff Buenrostro has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. Jeff also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, with a focus on Public Management and Global Management. Jeff has obtained additional certifications in Addiction Recovery Coaching and Psycho-Spiritual Integration Coaching from Being True To You, and in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Group Facilitation from The National Association of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapists. Jeff also has certifications in Global Management and Public Management and Social Innovation from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
