Travis Groves has a diverse work experience in the media and technology industry. Travis is currently serving as the Head of Media Transformation at Media.Monks, where they oversee the Marketing Transformation team and supports Tier 1 clients in their programmatic media buying operations. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Media Transformation at Media.Monks, where they were responsible for managing a team of experts in media channels and platforms, change management, process optimization, media strategy, comms workflows, and team management.

Before joining Media.Monks, Travis worked at MightyHive (now Media.Monks) as the Director of Media Operations, where they played a crucial role in overseeing media operations. Travis also worked at Sojern as the Senior Director of Account Management, responsible for managing the Account Management and Customer Success teams. Here, they implemented policies and processes to scale the level of support provided to Enterprise and SMB accounts in the US and Canada.
