Nicole Easley

Nicole Easley has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Nicole currently holds the position of Customer Enablement Manager at Mediafly, a revenue enablement company. In this role, Nicole is responsible for helping market-facing teams plan, predict, coach, and engage with their customers. Nicole'swork involves empowering sellers to lead with value, coaching managers at scale, and enabling leaders to forecast confidently. Nicole joined Mediafly in February 2023.

Prior to their current position, Nicole worked as a Customer Success Specialist at Amplify, starting in April 2022 and ending in November 2022. In this role, they focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

Nicole's earliest work experience dates back to 2005, where they held various roles at the SCHERTZ-CIBOLO-UNIVERSAL CITY INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT. Nicole served as a Team Lead & Instructional Designer from August 2016 to May 2021, a High School Communication Teacher from December 2005 to May 2021, and a Speech & Debate Program Director from August 2010 to May 2019.

Nicole Easley began their education journey in 1994 at Clark High School, where they earned their High School Diploma. Nicole then attended Texas State University from 1997 to 1998. However, no degree or field of study information is provided for this period. In 2003, Nicole enrolled at The University of Texas at San Antonio, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication in 2005. In the same year, they also obtained a certification as a Classroom Teacher from the Texas Education Agency.
