Theo Panaritis has a diverse work experience. Theo started their career in 2012 as a Journalist Intern, Social Media Manager, and Production Assistant for ERT S.A. HELLENIC BROADCASTING CORPORATION. In 2014, they worked as a Service and Sales Advisor for Unite Students and a Marketing Production Assistant for Totaljobs Group. Theo also worked as a General Assistant and CMC - China Media Centre for the University of Westminster. In 2016, they were a Digital Media Consultant for Versastyle Consulting. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Workable as a Customer Education Specialist and a Customer Support Specialist. During this time, they created help center content, conceptualized and designed structural and aesthetic changes to the help-center, and led interactive webinars. Finally, they are currently a Senior Customer Education Specialist and Education Community Trainer for Epignosis learning technologies, where they produce video content, hosts personalized training sessions, and mentors new hires.

Theo Panaritis is currently enrolled at the Harvard Extension School, where they are pursuing a Learning Design and Technology Certificate. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Arts in Multimedia Journalism (Broadcast) from the University of Westminster in 2014. In 2011, they completed an Erasmus Placement at the Leibniz Universitat Hannover in British Literature & Culture. From 2009 to 2013, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Mass Media Studies from the Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon. In 2012, they obtained a Mastering DSLR Photography Certificate from the \u2018Mikro Politechnio\u2019 Theatre Art Centre in Athens, Greece. Additionally, they obtained a Script writing, Imaging, Montage certification from the \u2019Melina Merkouri\u2019 Cultural Centre in the Municipality of Korydallos, Athens, Greece in 2010.
