Samantha Hines

Samantha Hines has extensive work experience in customer success and sales roles. Samantha started their career as a Health Fitness Specialist at Estate Ultra Bar in 2013. Samantha then worked as a Health Fitness Specialist at HealthFitness from 2013 to 2015 and at Healthways from 2015 to 2016. Samantha was also a Health Fitness Specialist at EXOS from 2016 to 2018.

In 2018, Samantha transitioned to a sales role and worked as a Sales Development Representative at Nextiva from 2018 to 2019, where they were responsible for managing communications and customer relationships. Samantha then became an Account Executive at Nextiva from 2019 to 2020.

In 2020, Samantha shifted their focus to customer success and joined Mediafly as a Customer Success Manager, where they managed a portfolio of accounts and conducted online training sessions. Later in 2020, they joined ExecVision as a Customer Success Manager, where they managed a diverse range of accounts and coordinated client implementations. Samantha also worked as a Sales Development Representative at ExecVision during the same period.

Samantha Hines earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In 2016, they obtained a certification as an EXOS - Performance Specialist from EXOS.
