Ben Abt

Ben Abt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ben started their career as a Regional Promotions Director at Tower Records, where they promoted the store and organized in-store music performances and appearances. Ben then worked as a Field Marketing Representative at Maverick Records, promoting various artists and coordinating meet and greets and in-store performances. After that, they taught math to 8th graders and held various leadership positions at IS 204. Ben then transitioned into the digital advertising industry, working as a Digital Media Planner at Liquid Advertising and as a Senior Account Executive at IGN Entertainment, where they managed campaigns for entertainment and consumer clients. Ben joined Tremor Video as a Regional Sales Manager, selling digital video across entertainment and gaming accounts. Ben then moved to OMD International as a Digital Director and later joined OMD USA as an Associate Director and then Group Director, specializing in digital investment. Most recently, they joined Mediahub Worldwide as a VP and later as SVP, Group Media Director.

Ben Abt received their Associate's degree in Music Business from Massachusetts Communications College in 2000. Ben then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Management at Stony Brook University from 2001 to 2003. Ben furthered their education by earning a Master's of Science degree in Education with a focus on Mathematics for grades 7-12 from St. John's University between 2003 and 2005.
