Hemanth Aradhya B M started their work experience with Semnox Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in February 2021 as a Frontend Developer. Hemanth worked in this role until July 2021.

Later in August 2021, they joined MediaKind as a Trainee Development Engineer. Hemanth held this position until July 2022. In August 2022, they were promoted to the role of Software Engineer at MediaKind, where they currently work.
