John Novocilsky Jr.

John Novocilsky Jr. has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles.

From 2019 to the present, they have been serving as the VP - IT Business Office / PMO at MediaKind, where they oversee the IT-related aspects of the company's divestiture from Ericsson and the subsequent establishment of a new network infrastructure, migration of business applications, and implementation of a new SAP ERP system.

Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, John worked as a Senior Service Delivery Manager at Beyondsoft Consulting, Inc., where they focused on digital transformation initiatives and resource deployment models.

From 2016 to 2017, they held roles at HCL Technologies as a Digital Program Manager and later as a Digital Program Director. In these positions, they contributed to the strategizing and planning of digital innovation, directed departmental operations, and coordinated project teams.

John also has experience at RhythmOne as the Director of the Project Management Office, where they managed the functional integration of business acquisitions and facilitated the development of digital advertising products.

Before that, they worked at Softcard as an Offers & Loyalty Program Manager, National Launch Program Manager, and Product Release Manager. In these roles, John created and implemented operational teams and processes for commerce-related offerings in the Softcard mobile wallet and managed the successful national launch of the Isis mobile wallet.

Earlier in their career, John served in the United States Marine Corps as a Tank Commander and Tank Platoon Commander.

John Novocilsky Jr. obtained their AAS degree in Engineering from Richland Community College, which they attended from 1982 to 1984. John then pursued a B.A. degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas, where they studied from 1986 to 1988. In 2018, John also obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
