Kevin Koch has a diverse work experience in the field of radiology and medical research. Kevin is currently serving as the Executive Director of the Center for Imaging Research and as a Professor of Radiology at the Medical College of Wisconsin since 2022. In their role, they focus on conducting research on novel MRI acquisition, reconstruction, and post-processing methods to address unmet clinical needs. Kevin actively seeks collaboration opportunities within the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center, other research sites, and industrial vendors. Kevin previously held the position of Vice Chair of Research in Radiology and Director of the Center for Imaging Research at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Kevin also worked as an Associate Professor of Radiology there from 2014 to 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Scientist at GE Healthcare from 2007 to 2014. Kevin started their career as a Research Assistant at Yale University's Magnetic Resonance Research Center from 2002 to 2006. Kevin also has teaching experience as a Teaching Fellow at Yale University's Department of Physics from 2001 to 2006.
Kevin Koch holds a B.Sc. degree in Physics from Truman State University, which they obtained between 1996 and 2001. Subsequently, they completed their Ph.D. in Physics at Yale University, where they studied from 2001 to 2007.
