Susan Melcher

Susan Melcher has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and HR systems. Susan currently holds the role of VP Total Rewards and HR Systems, Data Analytics at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where they are responsible for establishing and maintaining the effectiveness of the institution's total reward programs. Prior to this, Susan worked as an HR Contractor for a Global Company, focusing on org design and talent selection for merger integration. Susan has also served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Interactive Health, Inc, where they managed the people and talent strategy for the company. Susan has held leadership positions at Northern Trust Corporation, KONE, United Airlines, and Hewitt Associates, where they gained experience in global compensation, project management, vendor management, and client engagement for HR outsourcing business.

Susan Melcher has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from St. Lawrence University.
