Kristine Dillin

Kristine Dillin serves as the Care & Connect Program Manager at Medical Teams International, where responsibilities include leading the program in Washington state by managing operations and establishing dental clinics for underserved individuals. Prior experience includes serving as Program Development Director at Phinney Neighborhood Association, overseeing community programs, managing staff and volunteers, supporting grant acquisition, and advocating for marginalized communities. Additional roles span marketing and communications management at Path From Poverty, board leadership at YMCA of Greater Seattle, and hands-on work in special education with Seattle Public Schools. Kristine’s educational background features multiple Bachelor of Science degrees from Eastern Washington University and ongoing leadership training.
