Rand Greenblatt

Rand Greenblatt is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at EmpiRx Health since April 2024, Rand previously held the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Elixir, where notable achievements included leading a successful restructuring and eventual sale to MedImpact for $575 million. Prior to Elixir, Rand spent over four years at Chubb as Divisional Chief Financial Officer for Global Technology, effectively managing a $1.1 billion budget and closing a $60 million gap. Additional tenure includes positions at Independence Blue Cross, where financial discipline initiatives improved pre-tax losses to significant profits, and various leadership roles at CIGNA Healthcare that focused on financial planning and analysis.
